Fruitvale Commons is an exciting new mixed-use development in the Fruitvale retail district of Oakland, CA. It is located between International Blvd. and East 12th Street (Google Map link), and will be an integral part of the area's increasing development. With its easy transit access to the Bay Area, brand new construction, and proximity to the retail communities of the Fruitvale retail district, the Fruitvale Commons will be an ideal location for both residents and commercial tenants.

The Fruitvale Commons development will include the following features:
